Sweet Alabama

It was great to go and visit Jay and then our long drive home. We were stuck in New Orleans, La for 5 days because the truck broke down, but we shopped at the French Quarter for one full day, so fun! And we went to movies and ate, crab boil, yummy! And saw some of the scenery, but we were glad to get home, Here are some pictures I am at Mobile Alabama the coast, white sands, and great windy weather, beautiful places we saw.

Glad we're home.

Ernest S. Briggs 89th Birthday Bash

Here we are in front of Dillons' in Phoenix with all our siblings, the only one missing from Mesa is jay, currently working in Alabama. So of course, Kemp and I are always stag! We had great food, BBQ, then went to Spence and Marla's home and played 'The Newlywed Game' So fun to be with everyone. The date on this picture is wrong! It actually was 03/16/2008

Getting Together

This was taken up at the Briggs Reunion in October of this year. Had a great time. I thought it was about time to write again in here, I haven't really forwarded this onto anybody, just barely showed Jay.

Cheistmas is upon us...I am behind as usual, but will get er' done in the next week, Every year seems to bring a special perspective to the season, this year, just thankful to be a grandma. That is such a blessing. I can't get enough of those 2 special grand children.
